Umami cartel is a UK-based street food outfit bringing punchy sauces, high heat hibachi and Mexican soul to pubs, festivals and pop ups around the UK.

Chef/owner Louis comes from a background and a love of open fire cooking. Priorities being big flavour, fast service and serious umami.

After nearly 12 years of working in high end restaurants, Umami cartel was created to take restaurant level flavours and techniques back to the streets.
